Thirty minutes for the parts that work hardest, hands and feet, when the day has been spent on them.
Your therapist works on the hands, forearms and feet with bare hands, while a towel covers the rest of you. You can have it on its own, or ask for extra time on any longer session.

What happens
Sit or lie back with your legs supported and a towel over you.
Say how firm you like it, and whether anything is tender to the touch.
Slow work through the hands and forearms, then each foot, one at a time.
Rest for a minute, have water, and book your next visit at the desk.

Your therapist asks before you start and again during the session. Say lighter or firmer at any time.
Yes. A sheet or towel covers you, and only the part being worked on is uncovered.
If you are pregnant, or have had recent surgery or an injury, ask your doctor or midwife before you book.
Wear what is easy to take off and put back on. For this session, you may only need to roll up your sleeves and trousers.
