From booking to the table
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Book online, by phone or on WhatsApp, in Spanish or English. Choose a length and, if you like, a therapist.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Just yourself. Wear what is easy to take off and put back on, and bring a water bottle if you like.
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Come ten minutes early. Park behind the building and come in at street level. The desk checks you in and shows you to your room.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
Your therapist asks about pressure and any area to leave alone, then steps out while you settle under the sheet. Pressure changes when you say so, and you can stop at any time.
Good to know
Before you come
What to wear
Wear what is easy to take off and put back on. You undress to your comfort, and a sheet or towel covers you the whole time.
Pressure
Your therapist asks before you start and checks again partway through. Lighter or firmer is always your call.
Right to stop
You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, for any reason.
Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, or have had recent surgery or an injury, ask your doctor or midwife before you book.
Choose a time
A first visit is usually 60 minutes. Pick your length and a therapist online.
