How pricing works
This site prints no price. This is what sets it, so the number you see when you book makes sense.
What decides the price
Price follows the length of the session first, then the kind of session. Add-on time is priced by the 15 minutes.
Length: 30, 60 or 90 minutes
Session type: full body, back, neck and shoulders, hands and feet, or warm stones
Add-on time, by 15 or 30 minutes
Where prices show: the booking page, before you confirm
Deposits
No deposit. Your time is held with your name and a phone number.
Canceling or running late
We ask for 24 hours to cancel or move a session. A late change or a missed session can mean the held time is charged. If you are ill, tell us and we will move it.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Add 15 or 30 minutes when you book, or on the day if the next slot is open. The extra time is agreed before it starts.
Tipping
Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card can be for any amount, and the person who receives it chooses the session.
