Do I need to speak English?
No. Francia and Gerónimo speak Spanish and English, and the desk answers in either. If you book with Eartha, who speaks English, the desk can help you in Spanish before and after your visit.
How long is a session?
From 30 to 90 minutes. An hour is the usual length for a first visit, and you can add 15 or 30 minutes when you book or on the day.
What do I wear?
Undress to the point you are comfortable. A sheet or towel covers you the whole session, and only the part being worked on is uncovered.
How do I set the pressure?
Your therapist asks before you start and checks in during the session. Say lighter or firmer whenever you like.
Am I covered the whole time?
Yes. Only the part being worked on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on.
Can I stop?
Yes, at any time and for any reason. We stop right away.
Can I come with someone?
Yes. Book two sessions at the same hour with two therapists, or one after the other. Whoever is not on the table can wait in the lounge, and children can wait there with an adult.
What happens at a first visit?
You arrive ten minutes early, meet your therapist, and talk through pressure and anything to leave alone before the session starts.
What if I am ill or pregnant?
If you are ill, tell us and we will move your session. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor or midwife before you book, and tell your therapist when you arrive.
Should I tip?
Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay.
